You can request deletion here without installing the app, or from Settings in the Tracelio app.
You have been signed out and notifications stopped. Your request includes cancellation of your Tracelio subscriptions and removal of your account and tracking data.
If tracking history was transferred to another customer, or a provider cannot complete cleanup automatically, our team must review the request. Contact [email protected] for an update.
Sign in, select Delete account, enter your current password and type DELETE to confirm.

Your profile, account access, tracker associations, saved trips and location history attributable to you, alert settings, push registrations, referral information and draft orders.
We cancel your Tracelio subscriptions during processing. Account deletion is permanent and ends access to your vehicles and reports. No refund is promised by this request.
Payment, invoice and fulfilled-order records required for UK company accounting are normally retained for six years from the end of the relevant financial year, or longer if legally required. This excludes your active account and tracking history. A minimal deletion request reference is kept without your account details once processing is complete. These records are not used to keep your account active. See our Privacy Policy.
